Tails & Tangles is Lara Hilw’s at-home grooming service. Founded in 2021, Lara was determined to create a place where elderly dog owners and their companions would be treated with the care and respected they needed in their old age. She decided that working with clients to create a safe and educational environment would improve the quality of life for dogs, and increase the bond they share with their owners.
I was tasked with creating a visual identity that would express her previous sentiments, while still catering to her existing audience. This project involved creating a brand identity from scratch, including a versatile logo suite, packaging designs for shampoo and conditioner bottles, stationary designs, a curated color palette, social media posts, all while keeping in mind the visual needs of her elderly clients.
